Our seeds are not organic, but they are heirloom and Non-GMO. As long as you are handling seeds in organic soil we recommend it is not needed to buy organic seeds.

Seeds can last in the mylar bag for 1 year without losing much germination % decrease. The longer the seeds are exposed to open air/humidity the less germination rate it will have. When planting we highly recommend soaking seeds for 12 - 24 hours depending on their size to increase germination.

Yes, these seeds will go with other plants. But make sure you know which ones are ok to be planted together. Herbs such as mint are very invasive and will choke out other herbs and plants.
