Real reviews from 32 Vault buyers

Verified buyers of the 32 Vault, quoted word for word.

This is a wonderful set of seeds for gardeners and survivalists. You get 32 different kinds of vegetables in all, and these are heirloom seeds. That is, you can save your own seeds as they will reproduce true to form, unlike hybrids. They are non-GMO.

I was looking for seeds for my hydroponics setup, and I came upon this large variety pack of seeds from HOME GROWN. I have only planted a few of the seeds so far (a couple of the lettuces and cucumber), but they've all germinated and grew into healthy plants in my hydroponics setup.

I got these seeds a little to late in the season to plant outside in my area. However, I did decide to try some under my grow lights and so far, everything I've planted has germinated and sprouted.

Frequently asked questions

How does the discount work?

Every pack starts at its regular price, and your vault counts as a pack. Any 2 packs ship free. 3 packs make every pack 10% off, 5 packs 15% off, and 8 or more 20% off. We add the codes at checkout for you, so there is nothing to type. Only the seeds on this page count toward the discount.

What's the difference between the vaults?
  • 15 Vault ($24.99): the basics: beans, peas, tomato, pepper, cucumber, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, beet, radish, spinach, chard, kale and romaine.
  • 20 Vault ($26.99): the 15, plus corn, onion, eggplant, collards and cilantro.
  • 32 Vault ($39.99): a full season: adds melon, pumpkin, winter and yellow squash, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, celery, okra, lima beans, mustard, turnip and more lettuces.
  • 55 Vault ($64.99): the 32, plus two watermelons, asparagus, parsnip, pole and dry beans, cherry and Rutgers tomatoes, and more carrots, cabbages, cucumbers, onions and radishes.

Open "What's inside" under the vault cards to see every variety.

What comes in each vault?

Each vault is a waterproof, resealable mylar pouch with every variety in its own paper packet, so you can open one crop at a time and keep the rest sealed. Each packet is labeled with the variety and its packed-for date. Scan the QR code on the pouch for the growing guide.

When do I plant these?

Cool-season crops like collards, kale, lettuce and the fall and winter mix can go in now where winters are mild (zones 7 to 10). Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash and other warm-season crops are for spring: sow them after your last frost, or start them indoors a few weeks before.

Will these seeds keep until spring?

Yes, if you store them well. Keep the pouch sealed somewhere cool, dry and dark, like a drawer or a closet shelf, away from heat, damp and sunny windows. Seed kept that way stays good for more than one season, so whatever you do not plant this fall can wait for spring.

Can I add more than one of the same pack?

Yes. Tap Add, then the + button. Doubles count toward free shipping and your discount, and you can add up to 10 of each pack.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on any 2 packs or more, and on orders of $49.99 or more. Below that it is $4.99.

Can I return it?

Yes. Every order comes with 30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll help. The details are in our refund policy.
