I will look forward to opening the pack and Chloe will love me for it!

I purchased these cat plant seeds to grow plants for my feline friend. The seeds arrived dry and ready for planting. Planting them in soil was straightforward, and within days, the oat, cat grass, and alfalfa sprouted. After a few weeks, the catnip seeds also began to grow. From observing my cat's behavior, it seems that oat and cat grass are their favorites, although catnip may also have its appeal in certain situations.

Having an indoor grass patch in one of those aluminum cooking trays for our baby, who is under 8 lbs. is fantastic! We grow the grass for her, and she loves eating, napping, and chirping at the birds through the window.
JENNIFER M WEITOISH
MY CATS JUST LOVE IT I CANT KEEP IT IN STOCK THEY EAT IT AS FAST AS IT GROWS
Clara
La primera siembra germinó y nuevamente sembré y no germino
Daisy Miller
I can only get them to sprout and grow for a little bit. That's probably an error on my part tho
Barbara Burgess
First of all, the packaging it arrived in made me smile. It’s beautiful and it made me more excited to start this little cat herb garden. The individual seed packets are cute paper bag type sleeves with drawn pictures of the plants… pretty! The plant identifying signs are a nice size and shape.
My favorite part is the QR code found in the envelope, directing me to very detailed information on how to grow each seed in my selection. I’ve started with licorice, as it seems to be the most challenging of the plants. I have at least 6 germinated. I can’t wait to plant more, and try more of their selections!
Hannah Earling
The catnip and thyme grew pretty well, but the valerian, licorice, and lemongrass didn't grow. They sent me dead seeds. Disappointing.
Joanna
I didn't got the seeds listed, some substations. Something about availability issues. Not the best planting instructions. Won't buy again.
Stephanie Chase
Small amount of seeds overall, toppled with a low germination rate. Alfalfa did not sprout at all.
James D.
Good seeds, tons of them, great selection of grasses. I'm germinating them and sprouting in 3d printed hydroponic cups with weight in the bottom so the cats can tug on them without pulling them out, spilling water or dirt, or otherwise making a mess. So far, so good. One of my indoor cats gets hairballs a lot so she likes to self manage with fiber, and this gives her options. I'll definitely get more after this.

I am very pleased with my purchase! I really like your product image! The packaging and website layout are colorful, fun and informative!
In the photos above, you can see I started off small. I wanted to first see how the "process" went. Sprouts started ~ the 2nd day, some varieties are taking longer to germinate but the important note, is that that ARE sprouting♥️
Next step, larger pots with each variety of the plants. Then a grass-patch for my cat, using a large shallow plastic container for the grasses
I'm having fun and our cat loves it!
Katie
Did not germinate reliably
The cats really enjoy the grass but only half the seeds sprouted for me.
Only half actually sprouts.
Ollie Keith
They really enjoyed it when it first grows out, now our strays love it more, lol good product!
Keith
Sprout in a few days.
Ronald Henecker
My cat is an indoor outdoor yard cat in his second house in Florida, he had no griss, only scones. I finally this year decided to try these grass seeds, and he is a very happy cat right now. All I did was put them in a clay pot. And they grew in a few days
Tim J Hanzlik
Cat and Oat grass grew just fine, but nothing from 3 small pots of alfalfa.
B
Every time I try to convince myself this was worth it, I get sad. I like the bag, I like the seeds, my cat likes the plants.......... but then I think about how much more I could've bought. I just bought this, and now I need to buy more. I used to only have to buy seeds a couple times per year for my cat, not every handful of weeks.
It is a burden wanting so much to like this. Maybe stress that this is a sampler and price it accordingly. Or explain that this is some local small business that can't afford the same margins the big box guys can.
clasik
Only 2 kinds of the 4 grew but very slow and small amounts. Did not last long.
Matto T.
I may be missing some info but nothing in description about weight. There is something suspect in a product that doesn't show the amount you get for a price imo.
Nikki La La Stanley
This came with a variety’s of different ones seeds but my cat only like 2. Wasn’t crazy about alfalfa or rye
Jim905
Pretty good product, Miss Kitty preferred the grasses and didn't care much for the alfalfa.
Dana Davidson
Easy to use. Just read the directions . Grows thick . The speed of it growing is just a couple of days ! Appears pretty when at its peak ! It grows pretty tall . Both of my cats enjoy eating it daily . Will continue to buy .
goodbuyer
The product is seeds and soil to grow it in. Bag provided is not easy to use.
Price is high for what it is.
Angela Lopez
I was thinking there would be several ounces of seeds for something advertised as bulk. Cute envelopes though
D. Ralston
i grew this for my cat and it was very easy and it grew in a few weeks and she didn’t eat it ♀️ but great product!
Intuit
The mix of seeds are quite interesting. I bought a second pack of licorice seeds and finally it sprouted. I think it’s a good deal. It might make a great gift.
MNSuzy
I planted a little bit of all 4 of the seeds in different parts of my pot. I probably should have planted a few more as I don't think they all germinated. It seems as if the catnip did not germinate at all but the others all had growth. Next time I will likely plant more. Even so, I think I will have plenty of seeds for several plantings. My cat has shown interest in it even though it is a bit sparse right now. One problem, the QR code didn't work on my phone, it would only open the first page, so it took me a bit to find planting instructions.
E. Drea'Noire
Each type of seed is packaged individually, so I can see which kind my furry little beasties actually like to avoid future waste.
Ed Malaker
Our cats liked it, and it grew well. I also liked that there were different kinds because some cats like one over the others, and it's a good way to find what they like best.
Claudia
I planted the seeds & within a few days it started sprouting. I had to hide it from my cat since he LOVES plants & was destroying it before giving it a chance to fully grow. Hopefully within a week I can give it to him. Can’t wait! he really loves eating plants & im excited to give him this surprise. Hopefully this will stop him from eating my $30 bamboo plant !
Eva Marin
Sembrado pata gatitos6to que viven dentro de casa.
Christine Sena-Breitberg
in a 7x10 in 3-inch deep planter i planted the Oat mixed in with the cat grass and covered it with plastic wrap until the grass sprouted up a few days later. Cat loves it.
Natasha Pierce
My cat loves cat grass so I always have this growing in the balcony for her. It’s grows quickly. This bag will keep my cat in cat grass for probably a year. Each time I make her grass it lasts about 2-3 months before it ends up dying out or just stops growing: I will continue to but this item. I think it’s good for them.
Sally in Portland
The seeds did not grow well......and when they did they were far less blades of grass......not pleased at all
Amazon Customer
I planted in quarters so I could figure out what my cat liked best. It worked great, but by the time she actually decided to try it out, they were starting to die down a lot. But it's been over a month and there's still green grass... She's just such a CAT!
M Moran
within 1 week I have a bunch or growth already - only used a small portion of the seeds with huge results
Kellye Copas
Lovely packaging but I'll have to Google how many seeds and how deep to plant them per container. Each packet of seeds contains LOTS of seeds, so that's cool. Would be nice if they provided planting instructions either on the packets or as an additional insert.
Colleen M Gray
Planted all the seeds, only to have about less than half sprout..not worth it
Kayla F.
I will be planting this weekend and will see what happens. The packaging is nice but labeling confusing.
Kindle Customer
Fast growing, and our cats are loving it. fast shipping also. It's nice to get a fresh seed product that actually grows. Thank you.
A.Wall
Out of all the ones I planted only two survived. Is really my first time not having success with this many. Is a good price.
SvE
I wish there had been directions. I am a gardener so maybe am able to figure it out (it is planted, nothing is growing yet). I am sure that 2 packets held the same thing, not a 3rd kind of seed. Cute package. At this point, would not buy it again.
Cheyenne
All the seeds I've planted have grown after following the instructions. My cat loves all 4 types. Would recommend!
DocBeiter
This product is a few very small seed samples. Not much to it. Bit disappointed.
Nora Garrett
I'm growing this for our cat Callie. I'm sure she will enjoy it.
Jaime
Packaging was really nice. Seeds came in individual envelopes inside one large envelope. The seed envelopes clearly labeled with the type of seed and a picture. I was pleasantly surprised to find seed label sticks were included. You can write on these label sticks but I chose to staple the packet to the stick.
I am disappointed with the minimal
amount of seeds in each packet which lead to minimal plant sprouts. For example, the picture of the Licorice plant attached. A whole packet of seeds and I have 2 sprouts.
Amazon Customer
There is not 2100 seeds.
Brenda
Loved the design and all the separate packages of seeds. Even got little markers for planting. Very nice job and they took pride in their work. I was pleasantly surprised…
Dawn Keathley
Only half the planter has grass because they keep sitting on the other side but they love this grass. I let it get several inches tall before letting them nom on it. It makes a nice thick patch of grasses.
Anne
My cats like catnip and even plain grass seed. I didn't get enough reaction from these 3 seeds to warrant the current $12 price (especially the low quantity).
Nesha
Very easy to grow, grows quickly, and my cat loved all the different cat grass in this pack. I'm definitely buying this again.
Robin
Planted half the 4 tiny seed packets. All but catnip sprouted within 2 days. Having 2 water and watch closely daily.
pyat
My 3 cats seem happiest when they can browse on various kitty-friendly plants. I guess like humans they get some essential nutrients and fiber from consuming plants. I wouldn't of course make this the bulk of their diet, but the fresh catnip, especially, evens them out so that they behave humanely toward each other.
Candace K.
They sprouted and did their job, they are growing very well. My cat won’t eat them but that’s not the seeds fault. Would recommend!
Jannetta Martin
Easy to grow!!
Paxton
I was able to grow a very small amount of 3 of the plants, and none of the catnip ever germinated.
Kindle Customer
Growing well, and going to put it where it will get more sun
Hilary Gregg
My cats cant wait to nibble on these plants! The seeds are germinating already and its only been 2 days! We are all happy!
Helen Louise
My Sabrena loved these so much! Easy to grow with a grow light!! We did a whole photo shoot to capture her enjoying these. As a plant lover and gardener, it felt great to be able to grow something to share with my kitty cat. ❤️
Mickey21
These seeds grow very fast like 3-5 days. One day it’s mud and the next it is grown about 4” pushing on the plastic wrap. I almost didn’t cover the pot because I thought the soil would need air for the seeds to grow, I think it helps them germinate faster. Cats are happy that’s what counts.
Erika Orellana
Even though they are easy to grow the cat up never made it. My 4 cats only liked the cat grass ignoring the rest. But overall they are easy tu sprout and grow strong
Sandie Russell
Seeds takes a lot more days to get started and mold grows on it I returned the product pkg with a picture
I planted all the seed as instructed and it grew a 4 inch very sparse growth not the lush growth advertised. SRTX
Rodger Littrell
Great product for value and our cats love it.
tkn
All seeds germinated within 8 days. The grass has grown over 4 inches in height. I cut the tops off and the kitties eat all of it. It is a perfect supplement to their diet.
Patty
Super easy to put together and grows really fast. My kitty likes it.
Girl_stuff
I probably need more experience, but mine are spindly with 1/2 germination and catnip not at all.
I’ll try again and keep you posted. Oat Grass was the most impressive result.
Traci P.
The cat grass took a long time to grow and was sparse compared to the Microgreen Pros brand. I took a side-by-side photo, and you can see the progress of the Microgreen Pros on the bottom vs. this product on the top during the same time. My cat did chomp on what little grass grew, but I was disappointed that the catnip never grew, which is why I bought this product.
Brian
Depending on variety, just know that some of these seeds can be difficult to start. Also some of the seeds are really small. The stated 2100 seeds may sound like a lot, but in reality the seed packets that you receive may have very little weight or actual volume to them.
Lisa B.
Cats love this. Especially ones that are strictly indoor. They grew pretty well. Others may have better luck because I don’t have a green thumb. I was so happy to find this and try it. My daughter’s cat loves it! And it’s so healthy for them.
melanie watson
Easy to grow and my cat loves to eat it I buy it all the time
B. M.
This is a nice set of kitty greens. Some of them I didn’t even know cats liked to eat them. Fun plants to grow and pamper your cats a little at the same time. Sprouted well, plenty of seeds, happy with it.
L. Bielek
Plus: seeds easy to work with, fast & complete germination, must be tasty ‘cause the Little Nipper likes it.
Minus: comes in 4 small packets - was expecting a large bag of seed - probably my bad.
Perfect for 1 large container, not so much if you want to seed an outdoor cat patch.
Aimee B
These seeds are quick to germinate and grow lush, think grass blades perfect for cuttings. Cat really likes them. I just make a few trimmings and sprinkle them on her food.
MerryFinds
I was surprised at how quickly the Cat Grass Seeds from Home Grown germinated. My cats loved the grass, which was great for digestion and preventing hairballs. The 100% Non-GMO Heirloom Catgrass Seeds are a great way to keep your cat healthy and happy all year round.
Austin Gardiner
Each variety of seed is in its own bag. Different sizes and growing conditions for each
Mrs. Blackie
Easy to grow & my cats love it
carol martinez
Plenty of seeds & fast growing! Need over the winter for cats with digestive issues. Very pleased
Barbie velazquez
My cats seem to enjoy it so
Sarah (puzzle boss)
I was pretty surprised how fast these grew. My cats loved it and in fact ate it so quickly the grass wasn't really able to recover... so I had to use all of them. I have three cats... in hindsight maybe I should have planted three at a time so they would have time to re-grow. But the product is excellent. Two Paws up.
Stacey J.
They started growing in just a few days and our cats love it! They won’t even wait for the seeds to properly grow!
KAM
Very little to no growth. Everything else I put in was fine so it’s not user error. Only the thyme and three catnip sprouted and died shortly after. Great idea. Poor results
Kathyrn B. Raymo
Packet includes seeds for catnip, alfalfa, cat grass and oats. Catnip never grew, why would alfalfa be included, cat grass and oats appeared to be the same once sprouted. Poor value
Kevin l Callaghan
I like the package
Tina Eckelberry
My cats love it and it’s not bad for the money.
Lynne M Schuepbach
Trouble likes it; it’s lush and pretty even indoors in my apartment! Still have a lot left to plant!
Stacy Maxey
I put all the seeds in a large pot and now it's her go to spot for comfort.
Geneva Pryor
Great product. Easy to grow.
Kash
So the cat grass an oat grass are already sprouting an growing. Unfortunately the catnip an alfalfa haven’t yet the package’s are VERY small portions of the seeds. NOT WORTH $12.
Flayre
The seeds are okay, not a great value for the amount. The biggest watch out for cat owners is that lemongrass, which is included, is actually toxic to cats and should not be given to them at all.
Nene
The amount of seeds were way less than I expected for the price. I don't see myself ever buying these again. Not worth the price
Serebro
I got these to plant in pots for the kitchen herb container garden; the catnip was planted in 4 patches of the yard where it's difficult to mow, but the lemongrass and thyme are ingredients I use frequently, and the licorice and valerian have medicinal uses in humans as well as cats, and are occupying about a dozen large flowerpots.
They took a little longer to start than I expected, though still within the germination window, but once they did, they've grown like crazy. The thyme has reached a point where I can harvest several sprigs each week, and the lemongrass is cut about once every 2 weeks. I also recently dried a batch of catnip leaves which have been added to some machine-sewn pouches for our two cats; the big neutered tom is pretty "meh" about them, but they're doing wonders for our smaller girl's previously capriciously hissy attitude. She's less likely to spook at sudden movements and we've noticed a distinct decrease in the frequency of her random claws-out strikes at sleeping dogs (which often happened immediately after being told she's had enough petting and it's time for us to get back to what we're trying to accomplish at the time). I'm planning on digging up one of each of the pots of valerian and licorice this fall, and leaving the other two grow over winter; the valerian leaves and stems will work for humans and the roots for cats, and I'll be candying the licorice root for my MIL.
Keyrian M.
I grew some oat and wheat grass first and my sweet kitten went straight for it !! I didn’t expect her to love it so much she knew immediately it was for her, she loves the oat grass I just planted some cat herbs so let’s see what will be her next fav.
